Mark brings years of experience as a business owner, General Manager, and CFO in the tech industry. Alongside his wife and co-founder, Toni, Mark's passion is to celebrate the goodness and support the heroes that sacrifice to make their communities a better place.
Toni has centered her passion and profession around youth, nature and original stories about them. With double undergrad B.A.'s in education and literature, she taught in both public and private sectors, founded and administered a private academy for academic preschool and theater arts for 24 years and has invested more than forty years in charitable endeavors for diversified causes including leadership empowerment and environment as well as education. Wife to Mark and mother to many, she is a writer and believer in positive, productive love.
Zane is currently the Director of Operations with us at Oceanbags. Graduated from the Bill Munday School of Business at St. Edwards University, he has had experience in several charitable ventures both from the retail and management perspectives.
Courtney Bedoya
Experienced Publicist with a demonstrated history of working in the public relations and communications industry. She brings a bevy of non-profit experience as well as a a BA focused in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Journalism from DePaul University.

Clara Mauritsen
After completing her undergraduate education in Bujumbura, Burundi, Clara married Alec. They are proud parents of two sons and a daughter. Clara earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Her late father, during colonization in central Africa, was an eager and fast learner. He became the first educated person in his family. Likewise, Clara was an excellent student and became the first female to attend college in her family. While Clara’s father was able to pay for all his siblings’ education, as well as for many others, he passed away when Clara was only in 9th grade. As soon as Clara got her first job, her deceased father’s vision was revived at home and abroad. Clara remains an avid advocate for education. She is a strong supporter of those who desire good education.
Clara is a Trailblazer, a Professional with a long standing background in public relations and customer service. The ease of building rapport with peers and striving for stronger relationships with businesses and clients of various backgrounds were at the core of her agency’s success. With 13 years of experience and expertise as an independent business owner of an insurance and financial services agency, Clara brings value to many organizations and Boards on which she serves.
C. NEAL JOHNSON, PhD, JD
Neal is an attorney, banker, educator, business consultant, an international/domestic entrepreneur, and an international author. He has served in these capacities in the U.S. as well as Hong Kong, the Philippines, the former Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan. One of the negotiators on the military portion of the Panama Canal Treaty, he also pastored a church in northern Italy, planted a church in Kazakhstan, and served on the field in the Dominican Republic and the Boards of Directors for missions in Armenia, Moscow, West Africa, China, and Latin America. Through these associations, Neal continues to forge for the church, the academy, and the business world in and through Business as Mission (BAM) which founds the basis for his two books, Business as Mission (BAM): A Comprehensive Guide to Theory and Practice and Business as Mission in a Nutshell—All of the Basics: The Essential Road Map for Christian Entrepreneurs. Neal’s primary focus continues to be finding faith-based, innovative solutions to global poverty.
Rob Hopper
Rob Hopper has a background in education and fundraising. He attended Texas Tech University and worked as a middle school teacher and coach before moving into his current role working with a fundraising software company. He has a great deal of experience helping non-profits improve their fundraising efforts and achieve their goals.
Bernard Seeger
Bernard Seeger is a native of Longview, TX, West Point graduate, former US Army infantry Captain, Masters of Public Administration graduate from the University of Kansas, former local government professional, 40 year climate advocate with a strong ethic for action in all of life’s challenges and is currently pursuing his second bachelor’s degree in Forestry through Mount Hood Community College and Oregon State University. He’s a pragmatic activist always on the look out for compromise, forward motion, and something silly to laugh about.
Katie Morgan
Katie Morgan and her husband, Scott, raise their five children in Albuquerque, NM where they love to garden, take care of their chickens and explore the outdoors. Katie believes in the restorative power of reaping and sowing, in all aspects of her life. After studying mathematics at Brigham Young University, Katie continues to focus her talent for solving problems on her community, especially in education. She currently serves on a local educational board for a magnet school and also serves as a leader of a youth group that promotes service, personal growth and leadership skills.
